How to measure

Take a pair of trousers that fit you well and lay them flat.
Measure the waistband edge to edge, then double it. That is your waist size.
For inseam, measure from the crotch seam down to the hem.

Super stretch, slim fit. If you are between sizes, size down for slimmer or up for relaxed.
